Most Expensive Home In Vancouver Owned by Chip Wilson, lululemon founder

Published in the Vancouver Sun today was a picture of Metro Vancouvers most expensive property at 3085 Point Grey Road priced at $37.2 million in Point Grey and owned by numbered company in which Lululemons founder, Chip Wilson is it's sole director. The image below is a google earth image taken quite a while ago so the construction on this property is more than likely completed. I'm also pretty sure this property is located on the University Endowment Lands and has the most breathtakingly beautiful mountain and ocean views to the North which you can see a glimpse of, and Pacific Spirit National Park to the South of the property. For those of you coming to Vancouver to participate in the Seawheeze Half Marathon in August, this area of Vancouver is a very scenic drive and definitely a worth while touristy thing to do.
